Abstract

We study the propagation of singularities for a system of semilinear wave equations satisfying the null condition in one space dimension. We show that if a solution (u,v) to the system is in Hlocs(Ω)Hmlr(0,x0,τ0,ξ0), then (u,v)Hmlr(Γ) as long as 3/2<s<r<2s1, where Ω2 is an open set and Γ is a null bicharacteristic of passing through (0,x0,τ0,ξ0).
