Abstract

In this paper, we deal with the problem of estimation of the localization of Poisson signals emitted from a single source of unknown position. More precisely, we are interested by the case of discontinuous (change-point type) model of signal. The asymptotic behavior of the Bayesian estimator of the position of the source in non standard situation related with the uncertainty of the model is studied. In particular the consistency is analyzed. The limit distribution and the convergence of the moments are also described.
