Abstract
We show that the symmetric track groups $\operatorname{Sym}_\Box(n)$, which are extensions of the symmetric groups $\operatorname{Sym}(n)$ associated to the second Stiefel-Whitney class, act as crossed modules on the secondary homotopy groups of a pointed space.
