Abstract
We shall give a complete description of the relatively ample cones and the relatively movable cones of symplectic resolutions of the closures of the nilpotent orbits in complex simple Lie algebras. Moreover, we shall prove that all symplectic resolutions of such nilpotent orbit closures are connected by finite numbers of Mukai flops of type $A$, $D$ and $E_6$.
