Abstract
We characterize the Sobolev multiplier spaces and their preduals for the end point cases. It will be shown that under certain conditions the preduals coincide with the space of Choquet integrals. As an application, the boundedness of the local Hardy-Littlewood maximal function on the preduals will be obtained.
