Abstract

In this paper, we will give a criteria of irreducible polynomials over $\mathbb{F}_q[X]$ where $\mathbb{F}_q$ is a finite field. We will present an estimation for the number of the Pisot-k power formal series, precisely we will give their degrees and their logarithmic heights.
