Abstract

Let G be a linear Lie group with Lie algebra g. An element Xg is called AdG-real if X=gXg1 for some gG. Moreover, if X=gXg1 holds for some involution gG, then X is called strongly AdG-real. We have classified the AdG-real and strongly AdG-real orbits in the special linear Lie algebra sl(n,F) for F=C or H.
