2005 ON THE DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION $u'' - u^{p} = 0$

Abstract

In this paper we work with the ordinary differential equation $u'' - u^{p} = 0$ for some well-defined functions $u^{p}$. We obtain some interesting phenomena concerning blow-up, blow-up rate, life-span, stability, instability for solutions.
