Abstract

For $0 \lt p \lt 1$, Haberl and Ludwig defined symmetric and asymmetric $L_p$-intersection bodies. In this paper, we introduce general $L_p$-intersection bodies and study their properties. In particular, we obtain the extremal values of their volume andestablish a Brunn-Minkowski type inequality for them.
