Instability of standing waves for the Klein-Gordon-Schrödinger system

Abstract

We study the orbital instability of standing wave solutions for the Klein-Gordon-Schrödinger system in three space dimensions. It is proved that the standing wave is unstable if the frequency is sufficiently small.
