Abstract

Criteria for non-explosion of solutions to semilinear parabolic evolution equations on Banach spaces are given. The abstract results are applied to classical semilinear parabolic equations: heat equation with first order nonlinear perturbations, fourth order Cahn-Hilliard, FitzHugh-Nagumo system.
