Abstract
We investigate isomorphisms between $C^*$-algebras, Lie $C^*$-algebras, and $J C^*$-algebras, and derivations on $C^*$-algebras, Lie $C^*$-algebras, and $J C^*$-algebras associated withthe Cauchy–Jensen functional equation $2f((x+y/2)+z)=f(x)+f(y)+f(z)$.
