2003 GG-complexes with a compatible CW structure

Abstract

If GG is a toral group, i.e. an extension of a torus by a finite group, and XX is a GG-CW complex we prove that there exists a GG-homotopy equivalent CW complex YY with the property that the action map ρ:G×YYρ:G×YY is a cellular map.
