Abstract

Some further methods are given for the construction of regular group divisible incomplete block designs, and designs derivable by these methods are tabulated. The methods are (i) designs containing complete and incomplete groups; (ii) designs with groups arranged in sets; and (iii) designs derivable by addition. In the first two of these methods, which are related, it may be possible to avoid having to take all the blocks that the full procedure would indicate.
